Elearning for the Instructional Designer

This site provides great  eLearning information for the instructional designer. In this blog, I was able to conduct a search for learning theories and came up with a great entry on Aligning Learning Theory with Instruction Design. In this posting, I learned how instructional design can be characterized as being effective  based on  Intro, Advanced, and Expertise learning programs using learning theories and instructional design approaches.
